FAQ

A home inspection is a non-invasive examination of a home to determine its condition. They are usually conducted when one’s looking to buy or sell their home, but is also encouraged to be done to gauge your home’s maintenance.
The length of a home inspection can vary depending on a few things, including the size of the home, but the industry standard takes about 2 and a half hours from start to finish. If your home shows extensive signs of damage, it may take longer to diagnose the problem.
Clients can expect a full-inspection of their entire home that includes the roof, basement, structure, interior, exterior, insulation, attic, plumbing, electrical, water heater, heating system, air-conditioning system, attic and other aspects. Afterward, Frank will explain every defect or maintenance issue in extreme detail, photographed and included in a report.
